.top registry not replying after domain suspension

.top domain registry suspended .top domains for showing leadsleap and other similar ads. They are not replying to emails for unsuspending the domains,though the ads have been removed. What else can be done for unsuspending the domains?

Issue of the .top registry refusing to open your domain after removing Leadsleap ads is very annoying because it seems they are ignoring your emails. If they are silent, the next step is to contact your registrar who you paid money to so that they can push this matter with the registry on your behalf.

I have contacted the registrar, they are claiming that the suspension is from the registry and they cannot do anything about it.
