According to the report, the Russian drone attack struck a five-story apartment building in Kharkiv early on August 18, killing five people, including children, and injuring over a dozen others. The attack caused fires on multiple floors and reduced parts of the building to rubble. Earlier, the city was also hit by a ballistic missile that wounded at least 11 people. Rescue operations are ongoing amid concerns that more people may be trapped under the debris.
