Trust and corruption in leadership

When did corruption become something we just laugh about? It’s like we’ve accepted it as part of leadership but corruption is not culture, it’s destruction. I wonder if leaders would still steal if their own families suffered from the same broken systems they create. Maybe the fight against corruption should start locally with transparency meetings, open budgets, and honest conversations, what do you think?

Corruption is like a disease hard to cure, but there will be a right medicine for the corrupt people especially politicians, and that is jailing them if found guilty.

In my country, the whole system has become so corrupt that people see it as normal, while the person trying to do the right thing is often considered as abnormal.
