Two men, have been arraigned before an Akure Chief Magistrate’s Court in Ondo State for the alleged m8rder of onother.

Two men, Rabiru Hassan, 33 and Femi Daodu, 32, have been arraigned before an Akure Chief Magistrate’s Court in Ondo State for the alleged m8rder of one Ahmed Isah during a violent altercation.

The defendants, who reside at Igbolupa Camp via Idoani in Ondo State, were brought to court on two count charge bordering on conspiracy and m8rder, filed by the Ondo State Police Command.

Police Prosecutor, Inspector Taiwo Oniyere, told the court that the accused committed the offence on September 27, 2025, at about 7:00 p.m. at Igbolupa Camp in the Ondo State Magisterial District.

Oniyere alleged that the duo caused the d3ath of the deceased by using a grinding mill stone to fatally strike his head during the dispute.

Two men are standing trial in Akure for murder. They killed Ahmed Isah with a millstone. They did it in a fit of rage. One does not drown by running away from the rain. Now the corpse is a dark cloud filled with tears. This is a sad story. They set fire to it and now they are hurting themselves. That millstone ended his life. The police have eaten their bread. This case is like a tree stump. It shows the anger of humanity.
