According to the report, Tyler James Robinson has been formally charged in connection with the fatal shooting of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk — and could potentially face the firing squad if convicted. Attorney General Pam Bondi previously said she expects prosecutors to seek the death penalty, which she described as “very real in Utah,” noting that the state is allowed to use firing squads to carry out executions. During Robinson’s first court appearance, the prosecution said that it had filed notice of their intent to seek the death penalty in the case.

When you do something as evil as he did, it is the only acceptable consequence. We have to send a message to spare other innocent lives. We have to make an example of him and his evil act. Hope so, prison isn't an adequate punishment for the backside enthusiast of the left. The killer forgot that there is a death penalty in Utah, and he killed a prominent person in the USA. That could also be a brutal sentence, killing by firing squad. But there was already a criminal in Utah killed by a firing squad.
