Uganda votes amid internet shutdown

The internet being shut down during Uganda's presidential election is really worrying. What gets to me most is how they're cutting off people's ability to talk to each other. It's sad that citizens aren't getting a clear picture of what's happening. It's shocking that this kind of thing still goes on today. I think it's important for the world to keep an eye on things there. Uganda's democracy is definitely in trouble.
