Ukraine will use US missiles to hit Russian territory

In reaction to North Korea's dispatch of thousands of troops to aid Russia's war effort, Ukraine will launch US missiles into Russian territory. They will deploy ATACMS, or the army's tactical missile system. The Joe Biden administration is concerned that more North Korean troops will be stationed to Moscow to back the effort.
