Accordong to the report, Ukraine continues to cause irreparable damage to the Russian Federation's energy infrastructure , and the pace is accelerating. Russians are already facing gasoline shortages at gas stations and reduced exports of certain fuels, according to The Economist .Benedict George, head of European petroleum product pricing at Argus Media, noted that diesel exports have fallen by 30% compared to last year and are at their lowest level since 2020. This has ultimately led to a sharp rise in wholesale prices, as Russia is the second-largest diesel exporter in the world. According to an analysis of open sources, in 2023, oil product exports from Russia amounted to $52.1 billion. Oil pumping stations and storage facilities suffered significant damage from Ukrainian strikes, including a massive attack in mid-September on Primorsk, Russia's largest oil transshipment port on the Baltic Sea. However, according to Sergei Vakulenko of the Carnegie Eurasia Center, such facilities are difficult to permanently damage, and there are no signs yet of a reduction in Russian oil exports.

The report also stated that the Ukrainians are on the rise. The Russians have a problem. They can't stop it, and the Ukrainians have no reason to slow down," says British strategist Sir Lawrence Freedman. Part of the problem the Russians face is the sheer number of targets, the vast territory, and the weakening of Russian air defenses after more than three years of war. The disposable attack drones used by the Ukrainians fly relatively slowly and carry warheads weighing only 60-120 kg, but they can fly long distances and are accurate enough to cause serious damage. Around 60% of deep strikes on Russian territory are carried out by Ukrainian Fire Point FP-1 drones, which, with a smaller payload, can reach targets 1,500 km away within Russia and are equipped with sophisticated software resistant to electronic warfare.

God Bless Ukraine and its troops. This will not happen of Putin only accepts the peace agreement proposed by US President Trump. Russia will continue to suffer heavy losses. Hoping Putin realizes this.
