According to the report, Israel on May 27 received the 800th shipment of armaments and military equipment from its ally, the United States, as per the Israeli defence ministry. Eight hundred transport planes and 140 ships have delivered over 90,000 tons of arms from the US to Israel since the start of the war, the ministry said.
The report said that the military equipment delivered to Israel includes “armored vehicles, munitions, ammunition, personal protection gear”, the ministry added. It said the deliveries are “a significant component” in ensuring the IDF can continue operations.
Meanwhile, Footage appeared to show Palestinians overrunning one of the newly opened aid distribution sites in Rafah on its second day of operation. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) is the linchpin of a new aid system that wrests distribution away from aid groups led by the UN. GHF played down the incident, saying its American security subcontractors fell back to allow “a small number” of people to take food.
That is why Trump made a deal with the Houthis not to attack their ships, for this very reason, to send arms to Israel, well played.
