According to the report, US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered the deployment of a guided missile submarine to West Asia as the region braces for potential retaliatory measures by Iran and its allies following the killing of senior Hamas and Hezbollah members.
The report added that the deployment follows Austin's talks with his Israeli counterpart. The Pentagon said that Austin has reiterated the US commitment to defend Israel and emphasized the strengthening of the US military posture in the region amid escalating tensions.
The war now starts to escalate in the different regions in the Middle East. The US Tomahawk was also sent to the Middle East.
