No matter how hard it will be for you, but you are in with your business and you need people to profit, therefore you must always use positive language to persuade the customers. They bring money to your business and without them, nothing happens to your business. When you present things in a positive light, you have the chance to open people’s minds and make them consider their previous stances. To be able to do this, you also need to be passionate about what you’re saying. You may practice what to say before facing your customers online or offline businesses. List down the positive words that are connected or related to your business and they appeal to you if want to exhaust without showing manipulative tactics.
 
As a business person, you must understand that you must communicate with your customers using empathy as you would also like to be communicated to. Try and accommodate their excesses to a reasonable limit. When it exceeds the limit, you can discard them.

That is so right, a business owner must use positive language that would ignite the interest of the customers. If use negative language, they will feel discouraged and may never believe you anymore. There is a good impact if use positive language. There is no room for doubts.
 
It's nice to see the sweet approving smiles of our customers if they hear very positive and persuasive words. Their emotions will be stirred and they won't refuse our offer. Let's be friendly to our customers too. They're assets to our business.
 
Talking to our customers with positive language ignites their enthusiasm to engage with us. They will be encouraged and there's no doubt, they will also follow our positivity.
That's right , personally I like sellers that speak positively to me I have no patience for those that are not encouraging

Yes me though and sometimes leave the place when I do not like and yeah you're so right @AruneBend that mean people don't deserve respect. Customers don't come back if not threated well.
