No customer would want to return to a business that things were negative when they first visited. so it is exhibit positively always
The customers will be afraid and they may not be able to decide well. The heart beats for fear and the mind works in different manners. They will never get back on that toxic business.
 
Some business owners attack other business rivals just to persuade the customer to retain them, but it is wrong. The customers will despise a business owner like that attacking a competitor who does nothing wrong
