Using Bluetooth for internet connection

For me l had the same problem with chrome book and my phone. The connection couldn't shared in anyway.

I never knew you could share the Internet on your mobile phone through Bluetooth, so i have never tried it before.
That option of sharing internet connection with through Bluetooth tethering is one of the most unstable network connections ever.
