Consoles are not to expensive and you can even buy already used. In my case problem is space. Small, one room apartment is not suitable for any VR game. I will kick my TV or something else and break it.

You are right you can get used game sonsoles and they are not very expensive. You could still get one even though you are in a one bedroom apartment put it on a tv stand .
