Though some companies claim that they are offering email support, their email customer support is doing exactly the opposite of what is requested. Has anyone else faced this problem of poor customer support? Does visiting the office help to resolve the problem?

In general, customer service at state-owned companies is lazy about serving customers. They often ignore complaints and difficulties online, via social media, email, WhatsApp, etc. Of course, it would be different if you visited their office in person.

The problem is not with a state owned company, it is a private company which is not offering proper customer service. Since I am a single migrant from a comparatively poor community, everyone tries to cheat and exploit me.

If it's done by a private company, why don't you protest on social media so that others won't use their products or services? Or perhaps the customer service representative thinks they're richer and looks down on others.

There are many companies in India which rarely solve your problems throughout emails or customer care support. Reliance telecom is one of them.
