Vladimir Putin Offers Flood Aid To Kim Jong Un After Devastating Floods

According to the report, Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered humanitarian aid to North Korea after devastating floods battered houses and lives of people.

However, according to media reports, Kim Jong Un replied to Putin by saying that he would ask for help or aid if necessary. Continuous rainfall in the last few weeks has inundated North Korea’s Northwestern areas, damaging the houses of reportedly 4000 residents and injuring several hundred.

The report said that the offer of Putin was rejected by Nokor leader perhaps their country has enough to survive.
