Wage employment is a paid employment whereby there exist relationships between the (worker) and the employer (owner).
The wage could he based on hourly rates, daily wage, weekly wage or monthly wage.

Over here wage employment is usually based on monthly pay, it's not that common to find jobs that pays on an hourly rate.

I always really wish companies here do offer hourly pay. The monthly pay that is prevalent here is nothing more than slavery. Hourly pay would allow people to be in charge of their time which employers don't ever wish for.
