There is no harm in trying dropshipping business because you can start free and only use paid tools or spend money on store when you believe you will be able to run the business. You can test with social media, then use ecommerce market and when you are fully confident, try self hosted store. When a customer places an order, your supplier ships the product directly to the buyer’s address, so you never handle the product physically so dropshipping is the best business for newbies and for those wanting to start free or start low.

Dropshipping is indeed a low-risk, low-cost business model, perfect for entrepreneurs with limited capital. Its simplicity and flexibility make it an attractive option, allowing you to focus on marketing and sales without worrying about inventory management. Plus, you can reach a global audience with minimal upfront costs, making it a great way to test product ideas and scale your business quickly.

I agree with this, and from experience, dropshipping is a practical way to start. Testing products through social media before spending money really helps reduce mistakes. Not handling inventory removes a lot of pressure early on. Once things start working, moving to a proper store makes sense. It’s low risk at the beginning, but still requires patience and consistency to grow.

There was a time i thought about this, but never really understood it much, and didn't have the funds as well.
Dropshipping does not require a lot of investment. if you se social site, you can even start with zero investment. You might need little money for advertising, though
