Running ads from multiple ad partners is better than running multiple ad units from the same ad partner. Multiple ads can increase your revenue, however, before you try multiple ad partners you need to understand what kinds of ads they offer, what is their rate, etc. You can get high-quality ads from ad network only when it is reputable company. That’s because advertisers also like to use reliable ad network to run their ad campaigns. Make sure they have decent CPM/CPC rates, and are relevant to your niche.

I rotate ad partners every couple of weeks and track revenue per thousand visits. Sometimes a “lower paying” network ends up winning because their ads actually get clicked. Also, don’t just go by their sales pitch, sign up, run a small test, and watch the numbers before you commit.

I totally agree, sometimes low paying ads get engagements and you end up earning more from low paying ads compared to high paying ads. Alternatively, the also steal engagement and you get less engagements on your high paying ads.
