We are trespassing on wild life habitat

My district Sundargarh, Odisha is being troubled by elephant menace. They are destroying paddy fields rather eating up the grain grass and destroying houses especially close to their habitats. Now aren't we the people responsible for that? Encroachers are clearing forest land wherever they like and building houses leading to wild life attack. The government should start land demarcation as soon as possible and evacuate them to save wild life.
