Webhosting company suspending account despite payment

I had paid the invoice for webhosting services a day before the due date , yet they have suspended the webhosting account after incorrectly sending a message that the invoice was not paid. The invoice was paid using Paypal. They have also not replied to the support ticket. Should I file a Paypal chargeback?
 
If you've paid your bill through PayPal, but your hosting service is still suspended, it's the hosting company's responsibility, which is frustrating. Before considering a refund, it is best to contact them directly by email or phone to verify your payment receipt. Sending a screenshot of the transaction would be helpful. Although they have not responded to your support request, if they refuse to restore your account, submitting a refund request may be your last resort, as this will protect your funds. Often these web hosting companies do not organize payment matters well that is why problems arise every hour. You find someone paying but the system does not show it and at the end of the day the service is interrupted for no reason. Careful companies invest in clean systems that work without interruption and the customer is respected. If you go to a company with a good organization you will not go through all that drama because they know how to take care of customer information and make sure everything is in order. That is where you see the difference between a normal service and a mature service.
