Webhosting support ticket redirected

A webhosting company suspended the webhosting account and now the related support ticket is getting redirected to another page due to which I cannot reply to the support ticket.
Has anyone else faced this problem?
 
Many users have encountered the problem of their hosting accounts being frozen, with support requests being redirected to other pages and making it difficult to get a response. This is frustrating because users want to resolve the issue, but the system immediately blocks them, making them feel like they have lost control of their accounts. Some users believe that the solution is to contact the hosting company directly via email or phone and try submitting a new support request on another platform. Clearing caches and cookies can sometimes help, but in reality, this is not easy and requires hosting companies to increase transparency.
 
Shows how weak cybersecurity is and how hackers are exploiting this situation to disrupt essential services. When companies fail to properly secure their systems, customers are left without adequate support, and the situation is getting worse.
 
It appears that some hacker has hacked the specific support ticket page. It was redirected automatically in India, and in the United States the customer service faced the same problem.
That's super scary, hope you guys resolve the issue ASAP, customers are left hanging!
