It's so unfortunate that a lot of people tend to overlook their mental health a lot of times. I need there needs to be more awareness about mental health.

True. The thing that made it click for me was realizing “prioritizing mental health” isn’t a vibe, it’s boring habits plus having someone to talk to when you’re stuck. I started sleeping on a schedule, stopped doom scrolling at night, and finally booked a few sessions through Manhattan Mental Health Counseling, and it made the self care stuff feel real instead of just words.

It's important to be emotionally healthy and intelligent. If there's a problem seek help from the family or close friends to avoid getting sick emotionally and mentally. Our mind is the source of everything.
