Staying active can also be a way one uses to entertain themselves, what's your favorite way to stay active? Most times I usually watch a movie or simply learn something new to stay active and at the same time entertain myself.

I am always active at work, in my business and on forums. But there was a day I felt inactive, so I danced Tiktok and watched dramas via YouTube.
