Let’s share some hidden gems. Everyone knows the top coins, but I’m more curious about those low key projects you believe in that haven’t pumped yet. What’s one altcoin you’re holding or watching that most people are sleeping on?

Only one I can think of offhand is Litecoin. Per the Wiki....
Litecoin is different in some ways from Bitcoin:

(1) The targeted block time is every 2.5 minutes for Litecoin, as opposed to Bitcoin's 10 minutes. This allows Litecoin to confirm transactions four times faster than Bitcoin.
(2) Scrypt, an alternative proof-of-work algorithm, is used for Litecoin. According to Motherboard, "Scrypt was chosen because it theoretically prevents the use of ASICs, those specialized chips that greatly increase mining power and efficiency (though there is debate over the validity of this claim).".
(3) Litecoin is merge mined with another prominent cryptocurrency, Dogecoin.
(4) Litecoin has a maximum circulating supply of Ł84,000,000, which is four times larger than Bitcoin's maximum circulating supply of ₿21,000,000.
(5) MWEB optional privacy was added to Litecoin's base layer in May 2022 via soft fork. This allows amounts held within wallets and transaction amounts within MWEB to be private.
It came off the Bitcoin blockchain, its' faster in terms of processing and like Bitcoin, it has a fixed amount of total coinage (84m Litecoin vs. 21m Bitcoin).
