Many people have been interested in investing in crypto for the long term, beyond the main option of Bitcoin, but the price is too high, so they choose altcoins or cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin. So, what altcoins do you think have the potential to be long-term investments?

For long term crypto investment, I look at altcoins with strong technology and active development. Ethereum is an obvious choice because of its smart contracts and ecosystem. Cardano and Polkadot also have potential due to scalability and sustainability. Solana and Polygon are interesting for fast, low cost transactions. The key is to focus on adoption, developer support, and practical utility rather than hype when choosing a long term altcoin.
