Stress is unavoidable at times. It can take a toll on our overall health and well-being. There are several reasons why people experience stress, including lack of exercise, poor eating habits, procrastination, concerns about others' opinions, financial challenges, inadequate sleep, excessive time spent on social media, and lack of exposure to sunlight, to name a few. What else can you add to this list?

Perfect, taking vitamin E makes the body strong and healthy. There's also no boring moment but inspiring and motivating unlike if take nothing you'll feel like a rotten Chinese spinach 🤣.
