As per my study, quiet people tend to be deep thinkers who frequently observe people and their surroundings. I identify as a quiet person and believe I possess a keen eye for detail. I find solace in spending time alone at home whenever I feel overwhelmed. This allows me to rejuvenate and provide my mind with a much-needed break from stress and anxiety. Despite being reserved, I find that I can effectively engage with others, particularly in the context of focused discussions.
