What are the benefits of making a decision solo as a business person?

But what about a business person that makes decisions solo? Are there absolutely no advantages of making decisions solo for your business as the owner?

One advantage is that you carry out decision as fast as you can. you take decision that would believe would be helpful without consulting with anyone
