What are the challenges to expect from a car wash business?

A car wash business is one strategic business and it is something that I intend to start some day.

What are the unique challenges and that is likely to be faced with that kind of business?

The only challenge that I see with car wash business is that it is highly location dependent and it can tend to be seasonal too.

I think it could be accusations of theft by the car owners which might lead to a problem of arrest. Some people do miss a thing in their car unknowingly before leaving their cars to be washed but if they later found out, the car washer get accused of the theft

The car wash business is oftenly faced by the high maintenance costs for the machine and equipment used for the business

This time, I cannot find a car wash run by an individual. it is because its already installed in a gasoline station for free for the car customers.
