What are the reccomended proactive measures to put in place during downtimes in businesses?

Most businesses experience some downtimes on specific times in a year. For instance win my region we have business downtime during the month of Ramadhan. In this time almost every business is down and most especially the businesses that deal with foods. What are your insights on that?

Same here. I see this happen here during the non peak season. people hardly have sales because don't buy at this time

During downturn, the first step is to cut down expenditure. Second step is to reevaluate and find what is wrong and deal with it decisively. During downturn, a business will need to double marketing skills and awareness.

You should diversify and sell other products that are needed at that time.it is good to realize this on time and adopt the right measures.
