What are the red flags that can make an online seller cancel an order before they ship?

With the risks faced by online businesses, those that operate an online business have to be very sensitive.

What are red flags just before shipping that can make an online cancel the order and refuse to proceed with the shipping?
 
For me, its when the client knows one of my business ethics is : Pay before delivery, or at most more than half the payment amount and he or she still insists on delivery first. Another red flag is a repeated offender, one who usually asks for prices haggle price with you and don't come back till you bring in fresh supply and the whole cycle repeats itself. I don't trust such people to deliver a product without them paying first.
