There are things that should not happen when providing customer support services to a customer as a support staff. What are those things that should be completely unheard of in providing customer support services?
 
There are things that should not happen when providing customer support services to a customer as a support staff. What are those things that should be completely unheard of in providing customer support services?
A customer care staff should not connive to scam or exploit his employer with a customer. There are many instances where customer care staff acted against the interest of his employer with a staff.
 
Customer support should never be rude or dismissive let alone ignore customers concerns. Blaming the customer, giving false info or failing to follow up can damage trust really fast.
