What behaviours do you expect from your customers as a business person to help you serve them better?

When it comes to serving customers well, they always put the bulk of the responsibility on the business. That's fine to a large extent.

However, I believe that customers have a particular disposition they could assume to assist a business serve them better

How would customers behave and it is easy for you to serve them?

I think customers need to behave in a orderly manner. If there is someone before them, they should patiently wait their turn.

Customers should be clear on what they want from the business in terms of products or services. Ambiguity doesn't help the business serve them better.

I think that when the customers remain very calm like being patient enough to be able to promote fairness in serving the customers.

A customer that is not nice would not be served with an open heart. The customer also needs to be nice too to be served properly.
