What can be done to force a payment processor to release payment?

The payment processor is not releasing or refunding the payment despite contacting repeating through email for more than one month. I am forced to consider other methods to get my money back, so I would like to find the best way to force them to refund the money. Any suggestions are welcome, please comment below.

Keep disturbing until they do the needful. With incessant disturbance they would be forced to do the needful

The main question here is did you get a response after you contracted them before? Maybe you can also go to social media platforms and drag them there.
