What can help a business owner to identify a staff that wants to quiet quit?

Some staff just leave an organization without informing anyone they are leaving. They always leave the business organization stranded.

As a business owner, is it possible to know a staff that would quiet quit so that you can prepare for the gap that would create.
 
It’s hard to know for sure, but there are signs. A staff member who disengages, misses deadlines, or stops contributing ideas might be quietly checking out. Regular communication, one on one meetings, and observing changes in behavior can help spot these patterns early. While you can’t prevent everyone from leaving suddenly, being attentive and fostering open dialogue reduces the chances of being completely caught off guard.
 
A staff that used to be vocal before that suddenly loses that enthusiasm is already disconnected and wants to quit.
 
In some cases it might be extremely hard to know cause some staffs won't give a single sign till they leave. Proper communication with your staffs might make them feel more at ease to tell you though.
