The number one reason why a staff would suddenly resign is toxic work environment. Another reason is if the staff sees a higher paying job.
The main reasons are the staff is not satisfied with the company's culture and pay. Or, s(he) has found another job which offers higher pay and better prospects.

There are so many reasons that can make a staff resign. One of the major reasons could be not being paid according to the amount of work they have to do. I gave up on my last job because I was literally handling multiple positions, spending more time at the office but I was never paid based on this.
