One of the reasons for changing suppliers online is dishonesty, one internet company was taking my money and falsely claiming high status frauds were paying them, betraying me.
Late supplies is the deal breaker for me. I can't be placing an order early for you to deliver very late. It scuttles my business plans and I change such supplier.
Another reason for changing vendors is when they spread fake defamatory rumors. Some local internet companies specializing in fake rumors that their customers, honest people, are cheaters to ruin their reputation.
There are so many reasons that can lead to that. When the prices have been hicked by suppliers one can easily find alternatives.
