Any person employed to work for an organisation is under contract with that organization. In view of that, what would be considered as a breach of contract from the end of the employee? What would the employee do that we can say he or she has breached his employment contract?

If the employee leaves the company without giving proper notice, that is a breach of employment contract. Of course, if the employee did something harmful to the company such as leaking out confidential information, that is also a breach of employment contract.

It all depends on the rules and regulations of the company. A situation where the employees does not play their roles states in the agreement is considered a breach in contract.
