What could be the reasons behind phone not connecting to the internet despite having some subscriptions in it?

I have not experienced it. My Internet is unlimited 24/7. I pay a monthly subscription. It's better for you to see your tech or to your Internet provider to correct that issue. That could be stressful.
Even though you have an active internet quota but your smartphone is not connected to the internet, there are many possible causes such as no signal, the smartphone is too full, you need to delete some unimportant files, reboot the smartphone. Good luck.
I am facing a similar problem for one sim card, it appears that the government agencies have asked the telecom provider to block the sim card, I am using other sims and phones.
