I have seen that most businesses have a sense of appreciation to their loyal customers. For instance they have loyal points programs whereby they can easily redeem the points for products.

When it comes to appreciating my customers, i usually give them free gifts like Internet data or i reduce the price for them.
Yes we need to always value and appreciate our customers. it is for our own good it would help us do better with them.
By showing appreciation for the patronage, it's very advisable to say thank you for shopping with us once again.
