What do you do when your staff regularly compare your shop to other rivals shop close by.

As a business owner, you work in on your staff conversing in the workplace and they are comparing your business place with other rival competitors close by. They are stating how those shops are better than your own, and they are working for you.

How would you react in such a situation?
 
I will try everything possible to grow past the standard of my competitors after which I will sack my staff for not believing in me and prove to them that growth is a possibility when determination is involved.
 
I am definitely going to take this as a challenge to grow my to be better than the other one, but at the same time if this employee starts comparing my business to another in the presence of potential clients, then i we have to warn them.
