What do you never feel guilty about spending money on?

I do not feel guilty at all when I spend my money on maintenance medicines; they are essential for my survival. The same goes for food and my dogs’ food. Occasionally, I indulge in a nice meal, but that is a rare treat, and I do not regret it. I have come to realize that life is short, so I should enjoy the things I love when I have extra money to spare. How about you?

That's true. People try to guilt trip me when I go all out to buy books. But I don't let myself feel guilty because I know the worth of it.

And if you are able to get rid of the paper, we know e-books are cheaper. To not talk about legit sites like Project Gutenberg, that offers free download of free PDF books (there is a lot of ancient classic literature, as Pride and prejudice, Little Women, De Civitate Dei, etc.). Mostly in English, but I have found also something in Spanish, French and Italian.

Accommodation, yes, sure. Once per year, my husband and I go for holidays to the countryside or seaside. To stay cheap and not feeling guilty, I choose places not too far from home, out of peak season.
