What do you prefer working for long for overtime payment or having free time with normal pay?

So what do you say about the act of working for long hours for overtime payment compared to the working for normal working rate and leave for home from work earlier? Which is which?

I will like the free time with normal pay. I would like to have tine for myself to do other things

Personally I prefer working normally and having a lot of free time. Which is better? Of course, each person will be different or it depends on the person about the need for money.

I don't have enough health to work tons of hours per day (supposing we are talking about a classic offline job, as tons of hours don't matter online). So I prefer free time and normal salary.

Mostly the over time work makes the body to over strain which makes it very tiresome. With that approach normal working rate with normal salary is highly recommended for sure.

I would work over time for extra pay. That's because we need to work hard when we can so that we can live peacefully when we are old

I can work overtime to get extra pay for a limited period of time only. I want to work normal hours and have some free time for myself.
