What do you think causes the over heating on devices like phones, computers when they are being used?

I experience the same thing. My smartphone heats up after using it for more than two hours. I guess that’s normal. We just need to let our devices cool down for a bit. Sometimes, they can get hot due to the high temperatures in our surroundings.

Various reasons are behind the overheating of the devices. CPU, processors, screen, battey etc. generate heat when in use. So, when they are used for longer period, the device gets heated up. Heating is more when one is using heavy load activities or running multiple things at the same time.
