Yes this is true, but it also boils down to self discipline. A person might have a good source of income and still find it hard to save.
Saving might be really a great poblem depending on the person's attitude towards that for that matter.
Having a stable stream of income may not enable us to save money if we do not have self-discipline. To save money, we need to spend wisely and set savings goal.
