What do you think limit the sales for food products in the rural areas?

In most rural areas majority of the residents in there engage in the farming and production of food produce that's why there are little to no sales for the food products. What do you think?

Most of the people in the rural area are producers, they tend to produce their foods like oil, bread, starch and lots more. They have food in their barns hence your goods are not seen as essential commodity. They are hardworking and can produce more and consume less.
