I have use fiverr and upwork but it use to be very difficult to get work due to the fact that we are from third world countries. In fact, am not luck in freelancing. Now, i prefer to do PTP that doesn't involve a lot of processes before i get job.

Well, that's not true. Most of the successful freelancers on these platforms are actually from the developing world. You need to focus on building skills, especially high paying skills.
