What if they mess up: The fear of entrepreneurs in delegating?

One of the biggest challenges that happens to us business people is the fear that our staff might not be able to handle the task that we delegate to them. Do you have that fear of your staff messing up? How do you handle that fear?

My boss has this fear too. Every business should try t hire staff that they can trust fully with responsibilities.

Yes this fear is normal, but this is why one needs to train their staffs so they can be able to handle the job even when you are not allowed.

Why some business owners have that fear is because they didn't even employ capable hands to start with.

Yes this is pretty common over here, they go for amateurs cause they are cheaper to pay, then they train them along the line.

For my band, I don't have such fears. I can send them to play a gig and I am not available with them. They would always deliver.
