I applied for a job recently and I was asked to sign a " Non Solicitation Agreement" as a condition to get the job. I don't have an idea of what a "Non Solicitation Agreement" is about. Any risks with signing such an agreement?

This is an agreement that ensures that in a situation where you stop working for the company for one reason or the other, you will not try to lure any of their customers or clients away, or your leaving would not affect any of the clients.
